According to the same article one has the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or block of the data being processed in breach of the law, and in any case to oppose, for legitimate reasons, to their treatment, by sending a written request to writing to Centro Vista s.r.l.

Responsibility for data processing

The Data Supervisor at Centro Vista s.r.l. is Dr. Sergio Solarino. The detailed list of the external Data Supervisors and third parties to which customer personal data may be disclosed is available at the offices of Centro Vista. Centro Vista reserves the right to modify or amend, at any time, this privacy policy, particularly in view of the entry into force of new sector-specific regulations. In this case the changes will come into force 15 days after the date of publication on the website.
