Public Relations Office Centro Vista

The Public Relations Office, is the service that has the task of facilitating communication between our health facility and patients, and of activating initiatives aimed at overcoming any inefficiencies and consequently improving the services offered.

The tasks of the office

– Accepting complaints and reports on acts or behaviour that prevent or limit the use of healthcare services;
– Systematically monitor the needs and level of patient satisfaction with the services provided by our structure and propose adjustments and corrective measures to improve the quality of services;
